Rezumat
Articolul are ca punct de plecare modul în care este verificată eligibilitatea,atât din punct de vedere al solicitantului, cât și din punctul de vedere al proiectului. Pentru elaborarea unui proiect de cercetare științifică cu finanțare europeană este necesară identificarea etapelor de concepție și elaborare. Sistemul de management asigură organizarea și conducerea activităților în scopul obținerii rezultatelor optime. O componentă importantă a sistemului de management o reprezintă managementul inovării, deoarece determină gestionarea unui proces de inovare, iar acesta esteun factor de succes.

Abstract
The article has as a starting point the modein whicheligibility is verifiedboth from the point of view of the applicant and from the point of view of the project. For the elaboration of a scientific research projectwith European financingis necessary to identify the stages of conception and elaboration. The system of management ensures the organizationand coordination of activitiesfor the obtain optimal results. An important component of the management systemis innovation management, because determines the management of an innovation process, and this is a success factor.
