Rezumat
In prezent, cerințele legate de calitatea vieții şi a mediului ambiant se reflectăși asupra proceselor de igienizare a articolelor textile, pentru reducerea consumurilor de energie, materiale textile și apă. Obiectivul acestei lucrări este de a stabili modalitățile optime de eficientizare a serviciilor oferite de spălătoriile profesionale. Aplicând metoda de analizămulticriterialăa rezultat căidentificarea unicăa textilelor profesionale cu etichete inteligente RFID este calea cea mai adecvată de eficientizare a serviciilor de spălare a textilelor profesionale.

Abstract
Currently, the requirements related to the quality of life and the environment are also reflected on the sanitation processes of textile articles, in order to reducethe consumption of energy, textile materials and water. The objective of this paper is to establish the efficient operation modalities of the services offered by professional laundries. Applying the multicriteria analysis method, it turned out that the unique identification of professional textiles with RFID smart tags is the most appropriate way to streamline professional textile washing services.
