EXPERIMENTAREA NOII TEHNOLOGII DE PREVENIRE A COMBUSTIILOR SPONTANE CU AEROSOLI DE CLORURA DE ZINC LA E. M. LONEA

Rezumat: In urma studierii compozitiei chimice a carbunelui, a structurii acestuia, a teoriilor de initiere si mecanismului autooxidarii carbunelui, a metodelor de exploatare, s-a elaborat o noua tehnologie de prevenire. Noua tehnologie se bazeaza pe transformarea unei solutii apoase de clorura de zinc in aerosoli, particule ce sunt purtate de curentii de aer din abataj in spatiul exploatat si in fisurile din masivul de carbune. Aerosolul ajuns pe carbunele din spatiul exploatat sau in fisuri inhiba centrii activi ai carbunelui. Experimentarea noii tehnologii s-a efectuat la E.M. Lonea, la abatajul cu banc de carbune subminat nr. 74 din stratul 3, blocul VII. Prezenta lucrare descrie abatajul sus mentionat, modul de transformarea solutiei apoase de clorura de zinc in aerosoli si rezultatele experimentarii.

Abstract: Spontaneous combustion represents a major risk during coal mining. It can trigger fires, with adverse effects both from a material point of view and with human losses. The study of coal deposits composition, of the mechanism that triggers spontaneous combustion and the mining method has led to the occurrence of this combustion. It relies on the conveyance of zinc chloride sprayed particles into goals and into fissures in the coal back. These particles diminish coal tendency to self-ignition with more than 90%, thus diminishing the possible occurrence of spontaneous combustions. The tests have passed the laboratory stage and now are process of implementation in industry at mines.
