TEHNOLOGIE DE COLECTARE SI TRATARE A LEVIGATULUI DIN DEPOZITELE DE DESEURI NEAMENAJATE IN VEDEREA REDUCERII NIVELULUI DE POLUARE

Rezumat: Societatea umana se confrunta cu o seama de probleme majore, dintre care se evidentiaza din ce in ce mai mult, consecintele nefaste ale poluarii mediului. Ritmul intens de utilizare a resurselor naturale si cantitatea mare de deseuri generate tind sa transforme cadrul natural din mediu care inconjoara, in mediu inconjurat, reactiile sale de autoreglare devenind nefaste atat vietii cat si ambientului constructiv creat. Deseurile reprezinta unul din cei mai buni indicatori care masoara vitalitatea economica si modul de viata a unei societati. Cresterea si dezvoltarea economica genereaza, de cele mai multe ori, o crestere cantitativa si o diversificare a naturii deseurilor, care se obtin in urma proceselor de realizare a utilitatilor comunitare. La ora actuala, gestiunea si tratamentul deseurilor au devenit probleme cruciale si complexe pentru asigurarea unei dezvoltari durabile. Datorita faptului ca majoritatea depozitelor de deseuri municipale nu au un fundament perfect impermeabilizat, pot avea loc infiltratii de levigat in sol, subsol si ape subterane producand poluarea acestor factori de mediu. In acest scop lucrarea isi propune sa etaleze problema colectarii si tratarii levigatului din depozitele necontrolate de deseuri municipale prin prezentarea unei tehnologii moderne de colectare si tratare a levigatului provenit de la depozite necontrolate de deseuri municipale.

Abstract: Human society has several major problems and the most acute is the unwanted consequences of environment pollution. The intense use of natural resources and the great amount of the generated waste tend to change the natural environment and its self adjusting reactions tend to affect life and the healthy ambient. The house wastes represent one of the best indicators who measures the economical vitality and the way of life of the society. The economical growth and development encompass a quantitative growth and a diversification of natures of house wastes, obtained for the community facilities . At now-a-days in our country the management and the treatment of house wastes is a real issue for the insurance of sustenable development. A non-ecological landfill if it doesn’t have water-proof base and side walls, draining system and levigate collector, basins or special places to deposit and store toxic waste, can be set right by a good exploitation of the landfill thus influencing positively the environment. As most city landfill have not water-proof base, levigate may drain in the soil, under soil and in underground waters causing pollution of environmental factors. This paper deals with the problems of drain and processing the levigate from the non-ecological landfills.
