EDUCARE PRIN E-LEARNING SI STANDARDIZARE

Rezumat: Multe organizatii cauta posibilitati de imbunatatire a intelegerii si activitatii angajatilor lor, de eficientizare a performantei. Folosirea mijloacelor informatice poate oferi un suport util, capabil sa ofere datele esentiale, specializate privind produsele si procesele din industria textila Pe de alta parte, utilizarea mijloacelor audio-vizuale, a fotografiilor, a graficelor multimedia contribuie la cresterea atractivitatii mijloacelor de informare si instruire. In aceasta directie, se prezinta preocuparile INCDTP privind standardizarea si dezvoltarea unui curs on-line de instruire in domeniul identificarii defectelor produselor textile(SKILLTEX). Prin aceasta se doreste rezolvarea unor probleme actuale legate de calitatea textilelor, de administrarea eficienta a potentialului creator si a competentelor angajatilor unei organizatii, cu impact important asupra evolutiei organizatiei pe piata.

Abstract: Many companies seek ways to improve employees’ understanding and activity, to have a better performance. Use of the information technology is an useful support, able to provide essential, specific data for products and processes in textile industry. On the other hand, the photographic illustration and the use of images, multimedia graphics will be essential for the increasing attractiveness of information and training. We present our initiatives for standardization and developing an on-line training course for better identification of the industrial textile defects (SKILLTEX). By this, we want to solve actual problems referring to the textiles quality, efficient management of the creative potential and the personnel skills of an organization, that have a significant impact for organization’s evolution on the market.
