CLĂDIRILE VERZI ÎN PEISAJUL UNUI ORAȘ INTELIGENT

Rezumat: Întrebările curente asociate termenului de clădire verde, în România, sunt: „Ce este o clădire verde? Ce concept are la bază? Unde şi când a apărut? Cum a evoluat? Câte tipuri de clădiri verzi există în lume? Există clădiri verzi în România? Cât la sută dintre clădirile verzi au anvelopă vie?” Lucrarea de faţă se doreste a fi un punct de pornire ce își propune să ofere detalii legate de arhitectura clădirilor verzi, ceea ce poate deschide un nou orizont de înţelegere a avantajelor şi dezavantajelor acestui concept.

Abstract: The current questions associated with the term „green building” in Romania are: „What is a green building? What is the basis of this concept? Who created it? When did it emerse? How many types of green buildings are there in the world? Does Romania have any green buildings? What percentage of green buildings have live facades? This paper is intended to be a starting point which aims to provide details regarding the green building architecture, which can open a new horizon for understanding the advantages and disadvantages of this concept.
