GLOBAL LOBAL INDICATORS USED FOR THE AVAILABILITY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF AN URBAN TRANSPORT SYSTEM USING ELECTRICALLY DRIVEN TRAMS

Rezumat: Lucrarea este structurata in cinci parti. In prima parte se face o succinta prezentare a structurii si functionarii sistemelor de transport urban cu tramvaie actionate electric (STUTAE). In continuare, se identifica si se definesc marimile caracteristice de timp,marimile privind capacitatea de transport, precum si marimile caracteristice de siguranta si disponibilitate ale STUTAE. Lucrarea contine rezultatele unui studiu de caz amplu,efectuat asupra STUTAE din municipiul Oradea, iar in ultima parte a lucrarii sunt prezentate concluziile analizelor efectuate.

Abstract: The paper is structured in five parts. The first part is a brief presentation of the urban transport systems using electrically driven trams (UTSUEDT). Further on there are defined and identified the time characteristics and the transport capacity, and also the safety and availability of UTSUEDT. The paper contains results of a comprehensive study of case on an UTSUEDT from Oradea, and the last part of the paper contains the conclusions of the carried out analysis.
