THE STUDY OF A THREE-PHASE PWM INVERTER WITH PROM MEMORY

Rezumat: Aceasta lucrare prezinta un invertor trifazat PWM (MID) cu memorii PROM, ce functioneaza pe principiul modulatiei in durata sinusoidale. Semnalele sinusoidale de referinta sunt obtinute utilizand trei memorii PROM ce sunt conectate cu trei convertoare DAC08.Frecventa acestor semnale se regleaza modificand fecventa numaratorului de adrese.Acest invertor permite modificarea atat a amplitudinii cat si a fecventei semnalului sinusoidal respectiv semnalului triunghiular.

Abstract: This paper prezents a three-phase pwm inverter with prom memory, which operates on the principle of sinusoidal pwm.sinusoidal reference signals are obtained using three prom memories that are connected with three converters dac08. The frequency of these signals is adjusted by changing the frequency counter address.this inverter allows you to modify the amplitude and frequency of the sinusoidal and triangular signals.
