NOI PREOCUPARI IN DOMENIUL REDUCERII RISCULUI MAJOR EXPLOZIV LA MINELE DE HUILA DIN VALEA JIULUI

Rezumat: Un factor de risc din minerit este dezvoltarea unei combustii spontane ce poate constitui si sursa de initiere a exploziilor. In aceasta lucrare se prezinta posibilitatea reducerii formarii atmosferei explozive tip "grizu" si posibilitatea prevenirii combustiilor spontane. Se trec in revista metodele de degazare utilizate in minele din Valea Jiului cat si noile tehnologii de prevenire a combustiilor spontane din abatajele cu banc subminat. Aceste tehnologii sunt fie tehnologii noi fie tehnologii aplicate pentru conditii concrete a tehnologiei de extragere a carbunelui cu banc subminat. Aceste tehnologii au fost incercate in situ si unele au fost transferate Companiei Nationale a Huilei din Petrosani. La baza elaborarii noilor tehnologii de prevenire a combustiilor spontane stau studiul structurii zacamantului, a modului de oxidare a acestuia cat si noile teorii privind inceperea autooxidarii carbunelui la temperatura ambianta.

Abstract: A risk factor in mining is the development of spontaneous combustion which can also be the source of initiation for the explosions. This paper presents the possibility of reducing the formation of explosive atmosphere with coal dust-methane and the possibility of preventing spontaneous combustion. There are being reviewed the methods used in the degassing of mines in the Jiu Valley and the new technologies to prevent spontaneous combustion of the workings during coal bed undermining. These technologies are either new technologies or technologies applied to the concrete conditions occurring during coal bed undermining. These technologies have been tested in situ and some of them were transferred to the National Coal Company of Petrosani. The development of new technologies to prevent spontaneous combustion involves the study of the deposit structure, the oxidation mode and new theories on coal self oxidation at ambient temperature.
