CALITATEA STRUGURILOR - CONDITIE ESENTIALA PENTRU OBTINEREA UNOR VINURI COMPETITIVE

Rezumat: Calitatea strugurilor este esentiala pentru obtinerea unor vinuri de calitate competitive, capabile sa faca fata unei concurente tot mai acerbe de pe piata mondiala a vinului. Vinurile de calitate autentice, care sa reprezinte cu succes o anumita zona viticola nu se pot obtine fara sa se tina cont de potentialul calitativ al soiurilor, de tehnologia de cultura, de conditiile pedoclimatice si de o tehnologie de vinificatie performanta. Cercetarile s-au efectuat in anul 2010 asupra unor soiuri cunoscute, cu areale relativ extinse de cultivare, cat si asupra unor soiuri locale mai putin cunoscute dar cu insusiri valoroase din partea de vest a Romaniei. Ele au vizat aspecte referitoare la evolutia maturarii strugurilor, cantitatea si calitatea productiei obtinute.

Abstract: Grape quality is crucial for obtaining competitive quality wines, able to cope with increasingly fierce competition on the world wine market. Authentic quality wines, which successfully represent a vineyard area can not be obtained without taking into account the potential quality of varieties, the technology of culture, pedoclimatic conditions and the vinification technology performance. The research was conducted in 2010 on some known varieties, with relatively large areas of cultivation, and the fewer than known local varieties but valuable features in the western part of Romania. They aimed aspects regarding the evolution maturing grapes, quantity and quality of output obtained.
