Studiul regimului de conturare al masinilor de stantat cu comanda numerica

Rezumat: Aceasta lucrare prezinta o abordare unitara, prin simulare si cercetarea experimentala, in scopul de a imbunatati precizia de conturare a masinilor de stantat CNC. Un model matematic al fiecarei unitati de alimentare a fost folosit pentru a construi o diagrama de simulare in pachetul de software Matlab&Simulink. Un algoritm de interpolare circulara de referinta a fost utilizat in scopul de a studia comportamentul unei masini in regim de conturare prin mijloacele simularii. Cercetari experimentale suplimentare au fost efectuate in scopul de a valida concluziile analizei teoretice.

Abstract: This work presents a joint approach, both by simulation and experimental research, in order to improve the contouring accuracy of the CNC punching machines. A mathematical model of each feed drives was used to build a simulation diagram under Matlab & Simulink software package. A reference word circular interpolation algorithm was used in order to study the behavior of the machine in the contouring regime by means of simulation. Further experiment researches were performed in order to validate the conclusions of the theoretical work.
