Rezumat: Lucrarea de faţă își propune să analizeze importanţa biomasei lemnoase ca sursǎ de energie regenearabilǎ. Biomasa se poate folosi la arzǎtoare şi cuptoare pentru încǎlzirea caselor şi la o scarǎ mai mare pentru încǎlzirea unei zone de locuinţe.Biomasa se prezintǎ sub diferite forme pentru producerea energiei, incluzând fracţia biodegradabilǎ a produselor, rǎmǎşiţe şi reziduri din exploatǎri forestiere şi fabrici de procesare a lemnului

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the importance of woody biomass as a renewable energy source. Biomass can be used in burnes and oven to heat the house and at a larger scale to heat a dwelling areas. Biomass is presented in various form for energy production including biodegradabile fraction of products, remaing and waste from forestry and wood processing manufacture
