CONSIDERAŢII PRIVIND REPARTIZAREA TENSIUNILOR ÎNTR-O PIESĂ TURNATĂ DIN ALIAJ PE BAZĂ DE ALUMINIU

Rezumat: Lucrarea face o analiză a mecanismelor de formare și distribuire a tensiunilor remanente în piesele turnate. S-a prezentat o clasificare a tensiunilor remanente, după zona de acțiune a acestora, dar au fost abordate problemele legate de formarea și distribuția tensiunilor remanente de ordinul I, adică cele macroscopice, care se formează și au efecte în zone mai întinse din secțiunea pereților pieselor turnate, la răcirea acestora până la temperatura mediului ambiant. Aceste tensiuni au valorile cele mai ridicate și pot avea efectele cele mai importante asupra pieselor turnate

Abstract: The paper makes an analysis of the mechanisms of formation and distribution of of residual stresses, in castings. Was presented a classification of of residual stresses, after their deployment area, but have been addressed issues related to forming and distribution of of residual stresses of I degree, the macroscopic ones, effects which are formed in large areas of wall section castings , in cooling them to ambient temperature. These tensions have the highest values and have the most significant effects on castings
