COMPORTAREA PERETILOR PIESELOR SUBTIRI DIN MATERIAL PLASTIC IN FUNCTIE DE FORMA SI NUMARUL NERVURILOR DE RIGIDIZARE

Rezumat: Prezenta lucrare este destinata realizarii unor modificari aferente unor profile din plastic, modificari menite sa imprime un caracter de rigidizare, totodata mentinand greutatea reperelor in limite acceptate de catre producatorul acestor elemente. Lucrarea surprinde prin simularile ample o serie de aspecte legate de beneficiile obtinute prin rigidizarea unor profile, in functie de numarul de nervuri de rigidizare si forma profilului adoptat.

Abstract: This paperwork highlights some aspects related to modifications of some plastic profiles, modifications that result with an increase of profile stiffness, in terms of maintaining the profile mass in acceptable limits imposed by the manufacturer of profiles. The study presents by the series of ample simulations aspects related to the benefits obtained by profile hardening, depending by the number of hardening ribs and profile section.
