COMPORTAREA PERETILOR PIESELOR SUBTIRI DIN MATERIAL PLASTIC SUPUSE LA PRESIUNI AERODINAMICE IN FUNCTIE DE PROFIL SI GROSIMEA DE MATERIAL

Rezumat: Prezentul studiu reprezinta o cerinta a unei activitati concrete de proiectare si apoi imbunatatire a unor repere din material plastic pentru o gama de produse ale unui important producator din industria auto. Designul preliminar al reperelor a venit cu o geometrie informativa. Firma de proiectare a avut ca tema designul final al reperelor (15 bucati) si al matritelor de injectie aferente. Materialul utilizat este un sort de polipropilena (PP), material larg utilizat pentru reperele de plastic.

Abstract: This paperwork presents some aspects related to a practical design activity and then a improvement of some plastic part for a high range of products related to a improtant vehicle industry car manufactor. The preliminary design of the mentioned plastic parts has came with a informative geometry. The issue was to improve the design and injection molds of 15 pieces of plastic parts. The used material was polypropylene, a material which is world wide used for plastic parts manufactoring.
