ASPECTE PRIVIND ANALIZA MODALA A TURBOSUFLANTELOR CU LAGARE CU ROSTOGOLIRE

Rezumat: Lucrarea de fata isi propune sa prezinte cateva aspecte privind analiza modala a turbosuflantelor cu lagare cu rostogolire care echipeaza ultima generatie de motoare Diesel V6 de 3000 cm3. Importanta determinarii frecventelor proprii componentelor turbosuflantei suspuse studiului se justifica prin capacitatea de a identifica sursele de vibratie din timpul functionarii turbosuflantei, unde vibratiile aparute cauzeaza zgomote nedorite [10]-[13]. Aspectele surprinse in cadrul acestei lucrari tin de aspectul practic al determinarii frecventelor proprii prin metode de laborator si compararea rezultatelor obtinute cu cele obtinute prin metode analitice (software).

Abstract: This paperwork presents some aspects related to modal analysis of rolling bearing turbochargers that equip modern V6 Diesel engines of 3000 cm3. The importance of identifying the natural frequencies of turbocharger components subjected to study is justified by identification of vibration sources during turbocharger functioning, where the generated vibrations cause unwanted noise [10]-[13]. The aspects highlighted in this study are related to practical aspect of natural frequencies identification by laboratory measurements and comparison of the obtained values with the ones obtained using analithical methods (software).
