O NOUA SOLUTIE DE STAND COMPUTERIZAT PRIVIND TESTAREA DISTRIBUITOARELOR DE AER ALE ECHIPAMENTULUI DE FRANARE PENTRU VEHICULELE FEROVIARE

Rezumat: In contextul cerintelor actuale legate de cresterea sigurantei circulatiei pe calea ferata, apare ca imperioasa utilizarea unor dispozitive care folosesc tehnologii moderne si realizeaza masurari foarte precise ale parametrilor de functionare ai distribuitoarelor de franare care echipeaza vehiculele feroviare. Standul prezentat in lucrare verifica, testeaza si diagnosticheaza distribuitoarele de franare ale vehiculelor feroviare, in scopul de a elimina factorii de risc, determinati de interventia subiectiva a factorului uman in desfasurarea procesului de testare si cu deosebire in aprecierea diagramelor de functionare. Standul este alcatuit din doua parti principale: partea de automatizare cu comanda electropneumatica si partea de masurare, testare si diagnoza comandata in intregime de calculator. Verificarea acestor distribuitoare se realizeaza in baza prevederilor, normelor si reglemantarilor impuse de UIC (Uniunea Internationala a Cailor Ferate). Elemente de noutate ale acestui stand pneumatic sunt urmatoarele: automatizarea intregului proces de testare a distribuitoarelor de aer, conceperea unui bloc de comanda pneumatica cu functiile robinetului mecanic tip KD2, realizarea unui software. Standul pneumatic este destinat unitatilor constructoare, reparatoare si de exploatare a vehiculelor feroviare.

Abstract: A new computerized stand solution for testing the breaking equipments of railway vehicles. In the context of actual demands connected to increasing the circulation safety of railway vehicles, it appears like imperious the utilization of some devices which use modern technologies and realizes very precise measurements of functioning parameters of breaking equipments which equips the railway vehicles. The stand presented in the paper, verifies, tests and diagnoses the breakinq equipments of railway vehicles in order to eliminate the risk factors determined by the subjective intervention of human factor in the realization of the testing process and with distinction in the appreciation of the functioning diagrams. The stand is composed from two main parts : the automatization part with electro pneumatic command and the measuring, testing and diagnosis part controlled entirely by the computer. The verification of this equipments is realized on the basis of norms and regulations imposed by UIC (International Union of Railway Vehicles). The novelty elements of this pneumatic stand are as follows : the automation of the whole testing process of the air distributors, the conception of a pneumatic command block with the functions of mechanical valve of KD2 type and the realization of a dedicated software. The pneumatic stand is designed for constructing, repairing and exploitation units of railway vehicles
