INDICATORI DE MASURARE SI MONITORIZARE A PERFORMANTEI ENERGETICE IN SISTEMUL DE TRANSPORT PUBLIC DIN MUNICIPIUL CHISINAU

Rezumat: In aceasta lucrare a fost analizate datele privind consumul de energie in sistemul public de transport electric al municipiului Chisinau. In analiza au fost experimentati diversi indicatori care ar permite masurarea si monitorizarea performantei energetice in sistemul de transport public, in special autobuze si troleibuze. S-a demonstrat ca pentru a constata anumite realitati privind evolutia performantei energetice nu este suficient utilizarea unui singur indicator dar a unui set de indicatori pentru aceleasi date. La fel s-a constatat ca pentru a spori calitatea rezultatelor este necesar automatizarea procesului de colectare si prelucrare primara a datelor.

Abstract: In this paper were analyzed the data on energy consumption in the electric public transport system of Chisinau municipality. In the analysis was experienced various indicators that would allow the energy performance measurement and monitoring in the public transport system, especially buses and trolleybuses. It was shown that in order to have a clear and realistic view on energy performance is not enough to use only one indicator but a set of indicators for the same data. Same it was determined that to increase the quality of results is necessary to automate the process for data collecting and processing
