OFERTA EDUCATIONALA IN DOMENIUL INGINERESC CORELATA CU INTEGRAREA EUROPEANA A ROMANIEI

Rezumat: Lucrarea se refera la oferta educationala in domeniul Ingineriei Materialelor. Viitorul ingineriei materialelor depinde si de nivelul de pregatire al tinerilor specialisti, acum cand integrarea europeana a devenit realitate. Sunt prezentate de asemenea si posibilitatile studentilor de la facultatea Stiinta si Ingineria Materialelor de a deveni buni specialisti (incluzand licenta, masteratul si doctoratul, dar si calitatea studiilor care depind de activitatea cadrelor didactice). Profesorii trebuie sa transmita studentilor priceperea profesionala pentru a obtine un serviciu bun, chiar daca sunt tineri si fara experienta. Dar nu trebuie uitata latura educativa a activitatii formatorilor de ingineri.

Abstract: The paper is concerned with the education offer of Materials Engineering field. The future of material engineering depends also on the preparing level of the young specialists, now when European Integration becomes reality. The paper deals also with the possibilities of the students of Material Science and Engineering faculty to become good specialists (these include license, master and PhD. programs, but also the quality of the studies which depends on the teaching stuff activity). The professors must transmit to the students the professional skills in order to obtain a good job, even they are young and without experience. But educational activity of the professors is very important too.
