STRATEGIA DE EDUCARE A CETATENILOR CU PRIVIRE LA COLECTAREA SELECTIVA A FLUXURILOR SPECIALE DE DESEURI

Rezumat: Lucrarea prezinta notiuni esentiale pentru realizarea dezideratelor politicilor de mediu care promoveaza dezvoltarea durabila in contextul protejarii sanatatii populatiei si a mediului. In plus, coreleaza Strategia UNECE privind Educatia in spiritul Dezvoltarii Durabile cu Strategia Tematica de prevenire si reciclare a deseurilor. Primul obiectiv al oricarei politici privind deseurile ar trebui sa fie reducerea la minimum a efectelor negative ale generarii si gestionarii deseurilor asupra sanatatii populatiei si asupra mediului. Pentru ca un sistem de management sa fie eficient si sa functioneze in mod corespunzator, este important ca publicul sa inteleaga sistemul si sa-l sprijine. Succesul unui sistem de colectare se bazeaza aproape in intregime pe sprijinul venit din partea utilizatorilor sai. Rezultatele lucrarii sunt utile atat la nivel de administratie centrala, cat si la nivel local,putand fi un mic pas spre gestionarea eco-rationala a deseurilor de echipamente electrice si electronice.

Abstract: This paper presents the basic notions for Achieving environmental policies that promote sustainable development in the context of protecting human health and the environment. In addition, create a correlation between UNECE Strategy for Education for Sustainable Development and Thematic Strategy on the prevention and recycling of waste. The first objective of any waste policy should be to minimize the negative effects of waste generation and waste management on human health and environment. If a waste management system is to be efficient and function properly, it is important for the public to understand the system and to support it. The success of some recycling schemes relies almost entirely on support from its users. The results of this paper are practical for central and local administration, and can be one step towards for eco-rational management of waste electrical and electronic equipment
