Rezumat: Lucrarea prezinta studii de caz realizate pentru diferite intersectii importante din Municipiul Iasi, unde s-au propus si proiectat pasaje subterane cu tuneluri cu gabarit redus. In lucrare sunt prezentate principalele avantaje ale introducerii acestor pasaje subterane in intersectii: cresterea fluentei circulatiei, cresterea capacitatii de trafic a intersectiilor si diminuarea substantiala a timpilor de asteptare pentru vehiculele stationate la semafor

Abstract: The paper presents case studies realized for various intersections from Iasi, where they proposed and projected underground passages and tunnels with small dimension. In the paper are presented the main advantages of introducing these underground passages in intersections: increasing traffic flow, raising the traffic capacity of intersections and substantial reduction of waiting times for vehicles stationed at traffic lights
