SIMULAREA COMPORTAMENTULUI LA SOLICITARI STATICE AL UNEI COMPONENTE AUTO DE INTERIOR, UTILIZAND METODA ELEMENTELOR FINITE

Rezumat: Lucrarea prezinta o analiza prin metoda elementelor finite (MEF) a unei componente auto de interior, denumita garnisaj stalp A, supusa la solicitari statice. Componenta a fost proiectata utilizand soft-ul Catia si modelata in programul Abaqus. Piesa prezinta o geometrie tridimensionala complexa, fiind realizata din diferite materiale (compozite stratificate, mase plastice etc.). In urma analizei la solicitari statice au fost determinate distributia si valorile tensiunilor si deformatiilor de pe componenta analizata.

Abstract: The paper presents an analysis using finite element method (FEM) of an interior automotive component, named the A pillar trim of a car, subjected to static stress. Component was designed using Catia software and modelled in Abaqus program. The part is considered a complex three-dimensional geometry, being made of different materials (composite laminates, plastics etc.). Static analysis determined the distribution and values of stresses and strains on the analyzed component.
