EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS MADE IN DIFFERENT TECHNOLOGIES

Rezumat: Incalzirea globala a planetei noastre ca urmare a utilizarii de combustibili fosili este un subiect de actualitate. O alternativa pentru centralele poluante ce produc energie electrica o reprezinta panourile fotovoltice. Panourile solare transforma lumina solara primita direct in energie electrica, fara emisii nedorite de substante poluante. In acest sens ele pot fi vazute ca generatoare ideale de energie. In realitate, procesul de fabricatie si plasarea acestor panouri solare are un cost ecologic si financiar. Lucrarea prezinta cateva determinari experimentale ale unor panouri solare, determinari ce pun in evidenta performantele echipamentelor realizate in tehnologii diferite.

Abstract: The global warming of our planet due to the use of fossil fuels is a topical issue. A great alternative for polluting energy plants is photovoltaic panels. Solar panels convert received sunlight directly into electrical power without any extra emissions or unwanted effects. In that way it looks like the perfect power generator. In reality, the manufacturing and placement of solar panels have an ecological and financial cost. This paper presents some experimental measurements of solar panels, determinations which highlight the performance of the equipments made in different technologies
