SISTEM PORTABIL DE MASURA, ANALIZA SI DIAGNOZA A PROFILURILOR DE RULARE ALE ROTILOR VEHICULELOR FEROVIARE

Rezumat: In contextul cerintelor actuale legate de cresterea sigurantei circulatiei vehiculelor de cale ferata, apare ca imperioasa utilizarea unor dispozitive care folosesc tehnologii moderne si realizeaza masurari foarte precise ale starii de uzura a suprafetei de rulare a rotii. Sistemul prezentat in lucrare masuara, analizeaza si diagnosticheaza profilurile de rulare ale rotilor si este destinat unitatilor constructoare, reparatoare si de exploatare a vehiculelor feroviare. Cu ajutorul acestui sistem se realizeaza eficientizarea procesului de masurare si analiza a gradului de uzura a principalelor profiluri de rulare – S 78 si UIC – ale rotilor vehiculelor feroviare, in special ale vagoanelor de calatori, care circula in Romania. Verificarea acestor uzuri se realizeaza in baza normelor si reglementarilor UIC impuse atat pe plan national cat si international. Sistemul este portabil si utilizeaza un software specializat pentru masurarea uzurii profilulurilor de rulare si compararea acestora cu profilurile ideale indicate in normele UIC.

Abstract: In the context of actual demands connected to increasing the circulation safety of railway vehicles, it appears like imperious the utilization of some devices which use modern technologies and realizes very precise measurements of the wear state of the rolling surface of the wheel. The system presented in this paper measures , analyses and diagnoses the rolling profiles of wheels and is destined for constructing , repairing and exploiting units of railway vehicles. With the help of this system the measuring and analysis process optimization is realized of the wear grade for the main types of rolling profiles – S 78 and UIC – of the railway vehicles wheels , and specially the passenger wagons , which circulate in Romania . The verification of this wears are realized on the basis of UIC norms and regulations imposed on national and international plan. The system is portable and uses a specialized software for wear measurement of rolling profiles and the comparing with the ideal profiles indicated in the UIC norms.
