COMPUTER ASSISTED AXIOMATIC DESIGN

Rezumat: Calitatea produselor depinde in mare parte de calitatea proiectarii, a conceperii lor. Un produs de calitate poate fi obtinut daca el este proiectat utilizand proiectarea axiomatica. Eficienta metodei de conceptie axiomatica creste daca aceasta este asistata de calculator. Pentru proiectare pot fi utilizate pachete de programe de calculator existente, dar pentru a le completa a fost conceput un program pentru calculul continutului de informatii in cazul produselor care au functiile impuse cuplate partial. Lucrarea prezinta modul in care proiectarea axiomatica asistata de calculator poate asigura calitatea cea mai buna a produselor.

Abstract: Product quality depends in a great proportion of the design quality. The products’ quality can be obtained if it is used a design process that follows the axiomatic design methodology. This design method’s efficiency increases if it is used a computer assisted design process. The authors have elaborated a software program, in Visual Basic, for computing the information content of decoupled designs that can be used as a mean to improve the existing software. The paper present the way in which axiomatic design, assisted by the computer, can assure the best quality for the products.
